Easy Salad Dressing
My mom’s always asking me what I make as a salad dressing. Here is an easy peasy one that me and Bunny love.
Creamy Salad Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon mustard (the fancier, the better…I like ones where you can see the mustard seeds in it)
- About 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (or whatever kind of vinegar you have on hand)
- Fresh ground pepper
Mix mayo and mustard together with pepper. Stir in vinegar until you get a nice dressing consistency.
Variations, add if you desire:
- grated cheese (like pecorino or parmesan),
- honey (if the dressing is too tart for your tastes)
